Description

This beautifully made Oring horse bit has been improved keeping your young future barrel horse in mind. This Oring horse bit teaches the feel horses need to learn from the beginning stages in the young horses career.
The notch on the Oring horse bit makes the Oring not a complete gag. It is an Oring snaffle with mini shank horse bit.

Hook the reins directly into the Oring for basic drills and move reins to the small ring to start the transition into a shank bit, this allows a slight lift in your horse. Depending on the stage of the horse, and riders preference, you can use this bit with a curb or without. Available in a variety of mouthpieces.

Bits take 6 weeks to ship.

Girl!!! I love this o ring with the dogbone…I can really practice one handed and bump him back into a collection if I’m using my legs correctly. He didn’t elevate during his transitions today even tho that might of had something to do with hock injections…but it will tell you when to back off the face without getting your horse cranky. Now he might not respond to it so well when he’s out in public and gets rattled but I love it for slow work and practice…I really would like to run him in it if he’ll let me. I love it!!
